Happy Easter – Head Teacher’s update

Happy Easter to all in our school community. I really hope all pupils, staff, parents and all in our community are keeping well in these times.

The school terms starts again on Monday the 13th of April. It will be a very strange start to term for us all as we try to figure out our ‘new normal’. I am extremely confident that we have a good grasp of how best to continue the learning for our pupils at Elgin Academy, but this is new territory for all of us. Please remember as parents, you can only do what you can do and relationships and mental health are vitally Important in these most challenging of times.

Our teachers will continue to post work on Show my Homework and through our school website, to ensure all learners have plenty material to enable them to continue learning as best they can.

As always we will be available to help in anyway we can, albeit virtually in the short term. Please do not hesitate to email the school admin address (on the website) with any queries and we will aim to answer these as quickly as we can.

Most importantly, at this time, please stay home, stay safe and look after yourselves.
