Mental Health

The NHS have produced some excellent resources for parents and pupils to support mental health and wellbeing during the coronavirus pandemic. These include a range of activities for pupils and useful information on how to manage social media at this time.  There is also a new NHS resilience hub where anyone (of any age) can refer or self refer for mental health support. Instructions on how to access the new service are outlined on the infographic attached. Please remember that you can access pastoral support from the school by emailing the admin email address and asking for your enquiry to be directed to your child’s guidance teacher or Ms Toon.
