Catriona Yule visit

Advanced Higher students were introduced to famous poet Catriona Yule on Thursday 4th of October – National Poetry Day. Book Week – bookmarks

As part of the Academy Book Week, S1 and S2  students were invited to create bookmarks. The ‘Book Crusaders’ S3 Book Group judged them and winners were declared today. The winning bookmark was by Rachel Hagen S2 (Innes). Runners up and other entrants are shown on the Library Book Week page here

Talent Show

Elgin Academy Talent Show The Academy Talent Show is on Wednesday 10th October 2012 in the school hall.  Doors open 6.30pm starts at 7pm.  Tickets: Adults £5 Students £3.  Open to students in S3/4/ and 6 and parents. The Hobbit – Second Breakfast
